Why Jesus is more than just “Fire Insurance”

In this Resurrection Sunday message, we challenge the common "fire insurance" view of Christianity—the idea that Jesus died only to save us from hell or to give us a reward after we die. While eternity is a beautiful promise, Jesus’ primary message was about something much more immediate: The Kingdom of God is near.

Using a few (slightly painful) stories about Porsches, Lamborghinis, and a very cramped Ferrari, we explore why the gift of new life isn't meant to be parked and ignored until our last day on earth. It’s meant to be our "daily commuter."
